Herzliche Einladung an alle, die sich für globale Klimathemen interessieren: Am 29.11., 17 Uhr (CET) geht es um die East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) – ein riesiges Pipelineprojekt zur Öl-Beförderung von Uganda bis zur Küste Tansanias. Aufgrund der Auswirkungen auf Umwelt, Klima und die Menschen vor Ort ist das Projekt seit Jahren sehr umstritten. Die Online-Veranstaltung bietet einen Überblick über das Pipeline Projekt, die dahinterstehende Debatte und beleuchtet die Rolle von Klimaaktivist*innen, die sich gegen den Bau engagieren.
